Outline Planning Permission notices have been lodged with Dover District Council (DDC) regarding the development of the land south of Spinney Lane towards Snowdown. This land is part of the accepted Dover Local Plan and has been planned for development.
The plans are now out for a 30 day public consultation. The Parish Council appears anxious to ensure the views of local residents are represented in all aspects of the planning process, including provision of additional local services, transport needs, education and social housing.

• Aylesham Parish Council Planning, Environment and Transport Committee is meeting on 25th February, 7pm at the Aylesham Community Trust, Ackholt Road.
