Freedom programme
The Freedom Programme is a safe group which offers women an insight in to the abusive and controlling relationships and their effect upon the family. It is a free 2 hour, weekly session, run over 12 weeks.
It is open to any woman who has experiences or is experiencing domestic abuse. For many women the abuse may have occurred many years ago but its effects still negatively influences their lives
